Delivery policy

Important Order Information:

1. Delivery is made only to a successfully accepted order.

2.iLikesleep.bg works with courier companies Ekont and In Time.

3. Deliveries are made within 10 working days if the ordered items are available.

4. When handing over the package to the courier company, you will automatically receive an SMS delivery notification.

5. In case the products are not available, the production time is 15 working days. In these cases, our consultant will contact you to clarify the details.

6. Orders are accepted and processed every working day from 08:00 to 16:30. An order entered into the system after 16:30 is processed the next working day.

7. Delivery of ordered goods is not carried out on Sundays and official holidays.

8.All orders received on Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

9.We are not responsible for delays to orders due to erroneous personal details, bad weather and road conditions, national holidays, public holidays or transport company strikes and we hope you will show understanding and patience where the delay is caused by factors beyond our control.

Delivery weight: 0.5kg to 90kg

iLikesleep.bg takes delivery to an address or to an exterior common entrance door in multi-family buildings.
