These GENERAL TERMS and CONDITIONS govern the relationship between Next Mat EOOD (called below ilikesleep.bg) on the one hand and the Users of electronic (Internet) pages and services located on the ilikesleep.bg domain (called the Site for short), as well as the relations with the same when using the information and commercial services offered by Next Mat EOOD (called Services for short).
These general conditions bind all users who register on the ilikesleep.bg site. By clicking on any object, link or button located on the pages of ikesleep.bg (with the exception of the link to these General Terms and Conditions), the User agrees, fully accepts and undertakes to comply with these General Terms and Conditions.

1. Terms of use of the ilikesleep.bg

The user understands and declares his agreement with the fact that the information services and the Site are provided "as published".
The user is informed and declares his agreement that part of the goods published on the Site, may be indicated as available in the store network, but that there is no availability of these goods and products, as well as their accessories, when requesting an order for these goods through the on-line purchase system.
The user is informed and declares the consent that the order requested by him may undergo changes, which ilikesleep.bg undertakes to inform the user of the e-mail address and/or phone number provided by him and/or in another appropriate way to the moment of receipt of confirmation of the final shipment of the confirmed order to the user's address. ilikesleep.bg specifies that the images of the products are illustrative and indicative in nature, and accordingly the delivered products may have some differences from the images.
2. Obligations of the user upon registration

Next Mat EOOD processes the personal data it receives when operating the website https://ilikesleep.bg in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR") and the related legal framework, including the Personal Data Protection Act.
3.1. What is Personal Data?
“Personal Data” means any information relating to an identified natural person or an identifiable natural person (“data subject”); an identifiable natural person is a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or by one or more characteristics specific to the physical, the physiological, genetic, psychic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;

3.4. On what grounds do we process your Personal Data?
- When you place an order in the online store ilikesleep.bg we collect and process your names, phone, delivery address, e-mail, as the processing is also necessary for the performance of the offered service on the basis of a contractual relationship with you for the purposes of fulfilling the order, according to Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter b). from Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
- In order to register on the site (create a profile), we process name, surname, e-mail address on the basis of your consent;
- If you wish to use a credit or loan when purchasing through the online store https://ilikesleep.bg/</ u> - in this case the TIN is also processed, and in this case we act as a personal data processor for the administrator - the credit company you have chosen (TBI Bank EAD or Unicredit Consumer Financing EAD) we process data on the basis of a contract concluded with them in compliance with the accepted policies for the protection of personal data and on the basis of your stated desire to conclude a contract with the credit company of your choice;
- For tax and accounting purposes when issuing an invoice, we process your names, TIN, address, and when the invoice is issued to a sole trader - his names, and when it is issued to a sole trader - names of the MOL on the basis of fulfilling our obligation under the Accounting Act;
- For the purposes of sending an electronic newsletter with offers, promotions, news, we process your e-mail based on your consent in accordance with the provisions of Art. 6, paragraph 1, letter a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, namely - the data subject has given consent to the processing of his data for the explicitly stated purposes. Based on consent, we can process your personal data (name, surname, phone and/or e-mail) for the purposes of organizing and participating in raffles, games, surveys.
- In order to provide a better user experience and ensure the security of the site ilikesleep.bg, we use cookies and IP address based on the protection of our legitimate interest;
- In case of an inquiry made by e-mail or through our contact form on the site (name, e-mail, phone) or when you call us on our contact numbers, we process the personal data provided by you in order to respond to your questions on the basis of a pre-contractual relationship, and if the reason for your call or contacting us by e-mail is in connection with an order, complaint or other question concerning our contractual relations, we process personal data on the basis of the contract concluded between us
3.5. To whom we disclose your Personal Data
In certain cases, Next Mat EOOD may disclose personal data to our partners who work for us, providing products and services related to the Company's activities or helping Next Mat EOOD in marketing to customers. Personal information will be shared by us only to improve our products, services and advertising; it will not be shared with third parties for their marketing purposes. When the law requires us to do so, in a legal process, in a legal dispute and/or at the request of public and government bodies in or outside your country of residence - Next Mat EOOD may disclose your personal data to third parties. We may also disclose information about you if we determine that for purposes of national security, law enforcement, or other matters of public importance, such disclosure is necessary or appropriate.
3.6. Transfer to third countries
Next Mat EOOD does not transfer your data to third countries outside the EU as a rule. In individual cases, your data may be transferred to third parties for the performance of a contract between Next Mat EOOD and a company acting as a contractor for certain services. In these cases, Next Mat EOOD guarantees that this transfer will be carried out in full compliance with the level of personal data protection provided by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 ("GDPR").
3.7. How long do we keep your Personal Data
?
- The personal data provided by you for the purpose of purchase and for the purpose of complaint are stored for a period of 5 years after the expiration of the limitation period for repayment of the obligation to which they are related;
- We store the personal data from an invoice, complying with our obligation by law, for a period of 10 years, starting from January 1 of the reporting period following the period to which it relates;
- In the case of the purchase of goods on credit or through a loan after the need to process personal data ceases, we return or destroy your personal data that became available to us in connection with the performance of the credit agreement;
- For personal data that we process on the basis of your consent - until the moment of withdrawal of consent, and within a period of up to 2 months this data will be deleted
3.8. What Personal Data protection measures do we take
The security measures that are applied to protect personal data are: introduction both at the time of determining the means of processing and at the time of the processing itself, of appropriate technical and organizational measures that have been developed with a view to effective implementation of data protection principles, such as data minimization, and integration of the necessary safeguards into the processing process, as well as the introduction of appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure that by default only personal data that are necessary for each specific purpose of processing.
3.9. What are your rights
In connection with the collection and processing of personal data, you have the following rights:
- you have the right to request a copy of your personal data and the right to access your personal data at any time;
- you have the right to transfer your personal data to another personal data controller without being hindered by us;
- you have the right to request that we correct your inaccurate personal data, as well as data that is no longer up to date, without undue delay. For the purposes of correcting or supplementing your personal data, you must submit a separate declaration in which you indicate up-to-date personal data;
- you have the right to request that your personal data be deleted without undue delay on any of the following grounds: the personal data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected; when you have withdrawn your consent; when you have objected to the processing, when the processing is unlawful; where the personal data must be deleted in order to comply with a legal obligation under Union law or the law of a Member State that applies to the controller; when personal data were collected in connection with the provision of information society services. Your personal data may not be deleted for any of the following reasons:
A) exercising the right to freedom of expression and the right to information;
B) for compliance with a legal obligation by the administrator or for the performance of a task of public interest, or in the exercise of official powers that have been granted to the administrator;
C) for reasons of public interest in the field of public health;
D) for the purposes of archiving in the public interest, for scientific or historical research or for statistical purposes, insofar as there is a possibility that the deletion will make impossible or seriously hinder the achievement of the goals of this processing; or for the establishment, exercise or defense of legal claims.;
- you have the right to request the administrator of your personal data to restrict the processing of your personal data, in which case the data will only be stored, but not processed;
- you have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by a separate request filed with us. ilikesleep.bg reserves the right to assign the rights to publish materials and other information published on the Site to third parties, subject to an additional written contract governing the legal relationship between ilikesleep.bg and the person publishing the information. When purchasing a product that is subject to copyright and/or patent rights, ilikesleep.bg does not grant any additional rights for use and distribution, except for the expressly mentioned rights and/or licenses from the manufacturer/distributor of the product. All goods and services provided by ilikesleep.bg, which enjoy protection according to the Law on the Protection of Copyright and Related Rights, are provided to Users in their original form, packaging and medium without any influence on the part of ilikesleep. bg and according to the licenses and distribution rights granted by the manufacturers and/or their distributors for the Republic of Bulgaria.

ilikesleep.bg has the right at any time and without warning to make changes to the published products, services, prices and other characteristics of the goods and Users are considered informed of said changes from the date of their publication. 6. Purchase of a product and/or service presented on ilikesleep.bg
The user has the right to order all goods and services specified on the ilikesleep.bg Website. When placing the order, the User has the right to choose the type of goods and their quantity, the method and terms of delivery, according to the options offered on the Site. At any time before the final confirmation of the Order by filling out the form for online purchases, the User has the right to make changes to the goods and services chosen by him. When placing an order on the Site, the User enters into a contractual relationship with Next Mat EOOD, concerning the specific order and regulated by these General Terms and Conditions, the order is considered to have been finalized after receiving confirmation of the order, following the instructions indicated on the Site; ilikesleep.bg has the right to change the prices indicated on the Site at its discretion, at any time and without being obliged to notify the Users in advance. The User is obliged to pay the price that was indicated on the Site at the time of placing the order, regardless of whether it is lower or higher than the updated price. In case of technical errors in the published information on the Site, as a result of which the order cannot be fulfilled, ilikesleep.bg has the right to refuse the fulfillment of the order and does not owe any other compensation to the User, except for the refund of the amounts paid and/or deposited by the user for the canceled order, if any.
7. Delivery of purchased goods
The deadline for the delivery of the ordered goods to your home is within 15 working days after receiving confirmation of the order, and the deadline can be extended on public holidays and/or weekends by the deadline of non-working days. In all cases, a delay in the specified delivery times is possible, of which you will be notified in a timely manner by our associate. The delivery of the ordered goods is carried out in the way chosen by the User and according to the specified terms. ilikesleep.bg reserves the right to extend the specified terms, and the Users are informed in advance about this by an employee of Next Mat EOOD. Delivery of products ordered from ilikesleep.bg is free within the Republic of Bulgaria, excluding cases in which Users are notified by an employee of Next Mat EOOD of a change in this condition or in the case of special conditions described on the product page strong>. Delivery is made to the customer's address, as Next Mat EOOD and the partner courier company do not undertake the transportation of the product to the personal front door (in the case of multi-family buildings) or the delivery of the product to the customer's home. ilikesleep.bg may request additional confirmation, including by phone, fax, e-mail, of the order placed. In the event that the User refuses to provide the information required by ilikesleep.bg, the refusal to provide it automatically leads to the cancellation of the order with or without additional notification to the User. Upon acceptance of the shipment by the User without comments, any claims for external visible defects are unfounded and as such should not be satisfied. Upon delivery of the goods, The user or a third party indicated by him must sign the accompanying documents. In the event that the User is not found within the deadline for delivery to the address specified by him and/or access to the delivery address is not provided, ilikesleep.bg is released from its obligation to deliver the requested goods and the User loses his rights under the an order for the delivery of goods. When the delivered goods clearly do not correspond to those requested for purchase by the User, and this can be established during a simple inspection of the delivered goods, the User has the right to request that the delivered goods be replaced with those corresponding to the application made by him for the purchase of goods within 24 hours of notification of such a request to an employee of Next Mat EOOD. ilikesleep.bg reserves the right to change the subcontractor performing the delivery without being obliged to inform the User in advance, as long as this does not reflect the method and term of delivery.
8. Payment for purchased goods and services
When paying in cash for the ordered goods and services, the User undertakes to deposit at the time of delivery to ilikesleep.bg or to its representative/subcontractor performing the delivery, the full value of the delivered goods according to the confirmed order. In the event that, within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery, the User refuses partially or fully purchased goods, ilikesleep.bg undertakes to partially or fully refund the deposited amount for their purchase. In the event that the User does not realize his right to refuse the purchased goods or services within the above-mentioned period, ilikesleep.bg automatically transforms the deposit as payment for the value of the ordered goods or services. When paying by bank transfer, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the delivered goods according to the confirmed order in the bank account of Next Mat EOOD, indicated in the generated invoice and only after the deposit is confirmed as received and the bank account is verified with the corresponding amount, ilikesleep. bg delivers the ordered goods and services. In the event that within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery the User refuses partially or fully the purchased goods, ilikesleep.bg undertakes to refund partially or fully the amount deposited for their purchase. In the event that the User does not exercise his right to refuse the purchased goods or services within the above-mentioned period, ilikesleep.bg automatically transforms the deposit as payment for the value of the ordered goods or services. When paying through a virtual POS terminal, the User deposits an amount equal to the value of the delivered goods according to the confirmed order through a virtual POS terminal and only after the deposit transaction is confirmed, ilikesleep.bg delivers the ordered goods and services. In the event that within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery the User refuses partially or fully the purchased goods, ilikesleep.bg undertakes to partially or fully refund the deposited amount for their purchase. In the event that the User does not realize his right to refuse the purchased goods or services within the above-mentioned period, ilikesleep.bg automatically transforms the deposit as payment for the value of the ordered goods or services.
9. Refusal of purchased goods
The user has the right to refuse the goods ordered and purchased by him online within 14 (fourteen) days of receipt of the goods at the delivery address, in case the same is preserved in its entirety (the packaging of the shipment may be opened), in a complete set and the goods are in good commercial condition, together with the accompanying documentation (invoice and warranty card) and under the conditions of art. 55 of the Consumer Protection Act. Products returned without an accompanying form are returned to the sender. The amount to be returned to the Customer is verified after inspection of the returned shipment. The customer has the right to use the products only with a view to establishing their nature, characteristics and good functioning. If the ilikesleep.bg team detects damage that has reduced the value of the products, such as contamination, damage, etc., a partial refund of the amounts paid will follow depending on the damage caused. In this regard, we advise customers to return the goods by courier, taking advantage of the option to insure the product. In order to exercise his right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify ilikesleep.bg of his name, address and telephone number and of his decision to withdraw from the contract by letter sent by post (e-mail). The customer bears all transport costs for returning the product, which include on-site inspection and transport to the Next Mat EOOD warehouse. In order to comply with the period for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Customer to send his message regarding the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the period for withdrawal from the contract.
*An exception to the right of refusal may occur in the event that the customer has made an individual purchase of products that were made to order and are not part of the standard product portfolio of Next Mat EOOD.
Such products can be:
- mattresses of non-standard size;
- mattress frames of non-standard size;
- beds of non-standard size;
- other products that can be ordered in a non-standard size.
10. Warranty Service
With each order of goods subject to warranty service, ilikesleep.bg issues and provides the User with an appropriate warranty card with data on the product and the warranty terms, as well as all the conditions of the commercial warranty provided. The User cannot refer and loses its rights under the provided Trade Guarantee:
a) in case of lost warranty card;
b) in case of damage caused by incorrect operation;
c) in case of violation of the physical integrity of the product;
d) in case of chemical, electrical and/or other impact unrelated to the normal operation of the product;
The products and services listed on this Site are limited only to the General Terms and Conditions and information specified on the Site, without any warranties beyond those specified, including merchantability and fitness for purpose. The obligations of ilikesleep.bg in relation to the products and services offered on this Site are regulated by the relevant agreements with the importers and/or manufacturers of the presented products. In the event of a complaint or repair of a product, it is necessary that the product is well packed. Uploading and downloading are not undertaken by the company Next Mat EOOD
11. Others
ilikesleep.bg has the right to unilaterally change all conditions for delivery of the provided goods and any other information published on the Site, without prior notification to the User. ilikesleep.bg reserves the right to send the User messages related to new products and services, with promotions and/or with changes in the conditions and methods of delivery of the provided goods and any other information published on the Site. Questions, inquiries and consultations of the User can be made online through the website of ilikesleep.bg on the contact form, or through an employee on the phone: +359894558601, within the working hours: from 10:00 to 18:30, from Monday to Friday. These General Terms and Conditions may be updated at any time without the need for special notification to the Users. ilikesleep.bg is not responsible in case the Users have not familiarized themselves with subsequent updates of the General Terms and Conditions published on the Site. When using the ilikesleep.bg Website, Users undertake to comply with these General Terms and Conditions, as well as the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria applicable to the goods and services provided on the Website, including international legislation.
