In case the mattress is used - the cover remains for the customer and is deducted from the return amount due to compliance with hygiene standards.

*An exception to the right of refusal may occur in the event that the customer has made an individual purchase of products that were made to order and are not part of the standard product portfolio of Next Mat EOOD

• mattress frames of non-standard size;

Each customer has the right to return an order within 14 days of receipt and. Transportation is at the customer's expense. The amount is refunded to the customer's account within 15 working days after receiving the shipment in the warehouse.
